As a fully trained therapist in Indian head massage, Aromatherapy massage and Chinese remedial massage, I use a tailored combination of techniques depending on what your body needs. Regular massage can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body, helping to prevent unnecessary injuries and strains that might otherwise occur due to excess tension and resulting structural weakness.

 

Massage can stimulate or calm the nervous system depending upon what is required by the individual and thus help reduce fatigue leaving the individual with a feeling of replenished energy, or be used to induce a totally relaxed state of body and mind. 

Although a single massage will be enjoyable, the effects of massage are cumulative and a course of massage treatments will bring the most benefits.
